Results are in for the first community survey that was conducted as part of the Sheridan Land Use Plan project. The survey was conducted by MMI Planning in partnership with Orion Planning Group and the City of Sheridan. City Planning Director Robert Briggs says that the survey used a random sample of the City's utility customers, and that out of the 209 that were delivered, 85 surveys were completed.
Briggs talks about some of the key highlights from the survey.
Briggs said that a public workshop will be held Wednesday, from 5:30 to 7 at the Best Western Sheridan Center to begin looking at possible scenarios for future development.
