Sheridan County Commissioners have appointed Deputy County Attorney Lynn Smith as the Hearing Officer in a building permit fee appeal by Sheridan County resident Michael Fleming. The appeal is in regard to an evaluation of Mr. Fleming's building and subsequent request for a building permit. Commissioner Bob Rolston.
Commissioners set a hearing date of Thursday, December 15th at 9 am in the Commissioners Board room in the Sheridan County Courthouse.
