Sheridan County Commissioners per state statute, held a special meeting Wednesday to certify mill levies for the collection of requisite taxes for fiscal year 2012-2013. Sheridan County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller.
Prior to Commissioners approving the certification of the mill levies, Obermueller stated that Sheridan County's valuation is down 10 percent.
Obermueller said that aside from the reduction in valuation, there was no change to the mill levy requests from the various governmental entities.
