Sheridan resident Kathy Coleman was sworn in Monday as a member of the 61st Wyoming Legislature. The swearing in ceremony took place in the House Chambers of the Wyoming Capitol in Cheyenne. Wyoming Supreme Court Justice Barton Voigt administered the oath of office and Speaker of the House Ed Buchanan presided over the brief ceremony. Following the ceremony, Representative Coleman had this to say.
Coleman was appointed by the Sheridan County Commissioners on October 3rd to fill the unexpired term of Representative Jon Botten, who resigned September 10th.
