Last week we reported that the City of Sheridan Planning Commission recommended approval of the Cloud Peak Ranch Sixteenth Filing rezone and preliminary plat. The rezone will change 2.6 acres from R-3 residence to an R-1 residence district. The preliminary plat creates a subdivision of 7.5 acres into 24 lots and five out-lots, located north of Mydland Road and Dome Drive, and east of Featherbed Lane.
Sheridan Mayor John Heath said that Developer Don Roberts has changed the rezone request that was pulled from consideration by the Council last year.
The Council will also consider a request from a homeowner to vacate nearly 2,100 square feet of of the West Loucks right-of-way for the construction of a garage. Tonight's meeting will get underway at 7 on the third floor of City Hall in Council Chambers. The meeting will also be broadcast live on AM 1410 KWYO.
