Although they had a “soft” opening and have been serving people since Buffalo's Oktoberfest celebration last month, the Clear Creek Brewing Company will have their official Grand Opening ceremonies this Saturday at their brewpub.
The Celebration will have beer of course, food, raffles, giveaways and music.
The doors will open at 1pm and the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be at 3pm, and musical entertainment will be provided by the Craft Brothers from 5 to 9pm.
Co-owners Rob McCorkle, Chris Jones and Mike Engling said in an interview last month that they want to keep Buffalo interested and excited about the brewpub for the present, but eventually would like to expand into a canning or bottling line and to provide kegs to local restaurants and other establishments, but that will be farther into the future, they said.
Clear Creek Brewing Company is located at 48 S. Main Street in downtown Buffalo.
