An agreement between Johnson County and the architects on the design of the proposed judicial center at the new criminal justice center will be discussed at Tuesday's County Commission meeting.

Also at the meeting, the Commission will hear the results of their annual audit.
Big Horn Estates Subdivision Covenants will be discussed, as will a partial vacation of the Saddleback Meadows Subdivision.
Advanced Communications Technologies will discuss the possibility of providing a fiber-optic line into the courthouse and other County buildings to determine if there is enough interest to make it cost effective.
The Commission plans to make appointments to the Fair Board and Mountain Plains Heritage Park Board.
Tax reductions and refunds will be discussed and possibly approved by the Commission. And they will receive reports from the Road and Bridge Department, the Bureau of Land Management and County Fire District #1.
The meeting will begin at 9 am Tuesday at the Johnson County Courthouse.
