City Will Announce Names Of Police Chief Candidates

The City Council met in special session on Tuesday night to request that candidates for the city police chief position write biographies to be publicly released. Mayor Dave Kinskey said that all remaining candidates will be in Sheridan this week.

Once the biographies have been voluntarily submitted, the City will release them to the public. But will a candidate be excluded if they refuse to submit a biography?

The City expects to have the information back from the candidates by Wednesday evening or Thursday morning.
