City Updates Standard Specifications

The City of Sheridan has updated their standard specifications, something that hasn't been done in a decade. City Project Manager Joe Schoen says that while the standard specs aren't necessarily an interesting read, they are very important in regard to development and construction.

Schoen said that the standard specifications will now be updated every three years. The City Council will consider a resolution updated the standard specs at their upcoming meeting Monday night.
