Snow removal crews with the City of Sheridan have driven over 5,000 miles cleaning up from last week's storm and subsequent snowfall earlier this week. Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey says that crews have been doing all they can to keep the streets clear of snow.

When compared to last year at this time, the Mayor says that the City has spent 50 percent more on snow removal.

Kinskey added that crews have been doing most of their work during the overnights to try and disrupt traffic as little as possible and that they've been working shifts that allow them to be clearing snow 24 hours a day.
