A compliance plat for the 56.9 acre Sheridan Commercial Park located east of Interstate 90 and north of Brundage Lane was approved by the City Planning Commission. City of Sheridan Planning Director Robert Briggs says that the compliance plat is part of a three part package to improve the overall conditions of the Sheridan Commercial Park.
Briggs said that the compliance plat includes submitting a grant to the Wyoming Business Council to provide sewer and infrastructure to the almost 57 acres within the park.
