This weeks' storm left a good number of downed trees and branches throughout Sheridan, which has prompted City officials to release a storm cleanup schedule. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter has the story.
The green waste bins and the Sheridan City Landfill will no doubt be popular destinations for residents over the next few weeks who are cleaning up their property from the aftermath of Wednesday's wind storm. Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey says that the City is prepared to help with curbside pickup over the next month.
The City has released a curbside pickup schedule where crews will pick up tree branches by “zone” over the next four weeks. Kinskey said that residents need to keep in mind that branches should be left at the curb, not in the street, and that crews will not pickup branches in alleyways. The curbside cleanup will begin next week and run through the month of June.
