The Sheridan City Planning Commission approved a request to annex and subdivide nearly 7 acres into four M-1 industrial zoned lots. The annexation and rezone is part phase two of the East Ridge Industrial Park southwest of KROE Lane and East Ridge Road.
City of Sheridan Senior Planner Jeff Laurien explains that there were two conditions that were implemented into the application.
The Planning Commission also approved a landscaping plan submitted by Star Liquor/Video at 700 North Main Street. Laurien said that the owners of Star Liquor/Video will be working with WYDOT on development of landscaping for the area.
