City To Examine Violations in Sheridan's Flood Plain

Discussion over the Dow pathway in Sheridan highlighted some other problems with the areas surrounding Sheridan's levy system. Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey says the Army Corps of Engineers built a flood control project a half a century ago.

This issue was raised during discussion of the Dow pathway during their regular City Council meeting Tuesday night.
