Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey shared with Sheridan Media a preview of some of the items on the agenda for Monday night's city council meeting. He gives a brief overview.
Weston Wineries, LLC has filed an application for a new winery license, which will be considered by the council. In addition, a public hearing will be held on the matter. Mayor Kinskey explains.
He says new businesses, like this winery, are essential to the future growth of downtown Sheridan.
The Sheridan City Council will also be considering Ordinance 2132 on third reading, which is a request to rezone approximately 2.6 acres southwest of West 5th Street and Kentucky Avenue from an R-3 Residential District to a B-1 Business District.
The meeting will take place Monday at 7 p.m. on the third floor of City Hall. We'll also broadcast audio from the meeting live on AM 1410 KWYO.
