The Buffalo City Council, at their last meeting, approved the Mayor's recommendations for Appointments to various boards, and also designated the official newspaper and depositories for the city.
The Mayor's Appointments were: Lois Peterson for a two-year term on the Buffalo Trails Board. Jeff Shelley and Kris Thiel to two-year terms on the Pool Board. Bill Ostheimer to a three-year term on the Recycling Center Joint Powers Board. Skip Hancock to a three-year term on the Solid Waste District Board. And Christy Kessler and Frank Pratt to two-year terms on the Mountain Plains Heritage Park JPB.
Approved were the Buffalo Bulletin as the Official Newspaper for the city; and ANB Bank, the Bank of Buffalo, First Interstate Bank, and First Northern Bank as the Official Depositories for the city.
Mayor Randy Dyess was elected as the Voting Delegate to the Wyoming Association of Municipalities (WAM) with Julie Silbernagel as the alternate.
