(AP) - The head of the Pavillion Area Concerned Citizens is questioning whether the top state regulator of oil and gas development should keep his job after he said greed is motivating people in the Pavillion area to blame gas development for polluting groundwater. John Fenton called on Gov. Matt Mead to consider the value of a supervisor who, in his words, has "lost all objectivity." State Oil And Gas Conservation Commission Supervisor Tom Doll apologized for the comments this week.
