Not only will Wyoming have a new Governor come 2011, but a new State Superintendent of Public Instruction is also in the cards for the State's future. Republican Cindy Hill won easily over Democrat Mike Massie in what was supposed to be one of the closer statewide races. Hill says that the support she received throughout the state was overwhelming.
As far as some of the things that Hill wants to address right away.
Hill stated that she will put the focus back on instruction, which will lead to a better return on investment regarding the amount of funding that is spent on education.
