Saturday was the annual Kalif Shrine's Kids Christmas Party held at the Kalif Center on Loucks Street. Sheridan Media's Judy Hagerott stopped by and brings us this story.

There were kids everywhere. Kids running; kids playing with balloons; and kids eating hot dogs. Just lots of happy kids having a good time.

Saturday was the annual Kalif Shrine's Kids Christmas Party. Warren Pearson has coordinated the event for years and says its all about kids and all for
the kids.

For these kids, it just wouldn't be Christmas without a visit with Santa. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrived in Sheridan this year by airplane. Isn't that what reindeer are supposed to do?

Kids of all ages waited in line to see Santa and Mrs. Claus was there keeping the kids in line while they waited, but her number one job for the year is...

Keeping Santa in line, just how hard can that be?

Becky Graham was delighted to bring her little ones to the Christmas party.

Santa said Rudolf was feeling a little under the weather.

It took 61 volunteers to pull this Christmas party together, but that's not all, feeding all those hungry little people also required 12-hundred hot dogs and buns.

Looking at Santa with his round belly and all, I wondered how much this jolly ol' soul weighed.

And you have to wonder how old he is.

Old or not, he says the kids in Sheridan must be doing something right.

Now, Christmas just wouldn't be Christmas without Santa's...
