Chamber Hosts Luncheon on 4-H Internships

The Buffalo Chamber of Commerce will host their monthly Chamber Luncheon Wednesday at the Bozeman Trail Steakhouse.

This month's speaker will be Rachel Vardiman, Johnson County 4-H Youth Extension Coordinator. Vardiman will talk about the 4-H Internship Program, update the status and gather more feedback from the public on the program.

Rachel McCaughey, with the Buffalo Chamber, explains.

The program coordinators and volunteers will be selecting their first interns this spring, according to Vardiman, and she also said she wants to make sure the program is meeting the needs of the kids and the community.

She is hoping to identify, through those attending the luncheon, if other youth needs can be identified.

The luncheon will be Wednesday at the Bozeman Trail Steakhouse Conference Center beginning at noon. There is no charge to those not having lunch.
