The Chamber of Commerce is just over a week away from its next workshop. This month's focus is all about customer service, and is titled “Set Yourself Apart From the Competition.” The four-hour seminar is hosted in partnership with PeAk Consulting, and is tailored to be a training tool for all members of a business, from managers all the way down to new employees. Johnson says traditionally, customer service training workshops fill up fast. Chamber of Commerce business members can register for the class for the discounted rate of $68. The workshop will be next Thursday, the 23rd, from 8 until noon at the Best Western Sheridan Center.
