CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - Casper fire officials say a blaze that destroyed a Red Lobster started in the building's storage area but investigators are still trying to figure out a cause. Three employees were in the building Tuesday morning when the fire happened but no one was injured.
The employees exited the building and called authorities when they saw smoke. The building located in the Eastridge Mall was recently remodeled but had no sprinkler system. The Casper Fire Department says the building is a "total loss." Department spokesman Justin Smith says pending lab tests could help determine what triggered the blaze.
