Interim Executive Director for CASA of the Big Horns, Susan Carr-Yager, says she couldn't be prouder of the staff and some 40 volunteers who serve more than 100 children in Sheridan and Buffalo.
CEO of the National CASA Association, Michael Piraino, says the national quality assurance process is rigorous and reflects their commitment to ensuring every child helped by the group has a powerful volunteer advocate working on his or her behalf.
Carr-Yager says CASA of the Big Horns is always looking for dedicated volunteers, especially as she says there's currently a shortage of volunteers and demand for the group's services is skyrocketing. She says there are 20 children in our region who have yet to be assigned a volunteer.
