Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey was the guest for the full hour of Public Pulse Thursday morning on NewsTalk 930 KROE. Among the various topics posed by host Kim Love and a several callers was this, from a caller early in the program.
In response to the caller's question about the City of Sheridan Franchise Fee, Mayor Kinskey offered this information.
The mayor elaborated for the caller the history of and the use for the fee
The mayor indicated that most utility bills – phone, gas, electric, etc. -- will show a percentage going to the Franchise Fee.
