With the 2013 Sheridan WYO Rodeo and the thousands of visitors it brought now behind us, the crime figures are in. The Sheridan Police Department says overall, considering the amount of people that were downtown, things went fairly smoothly.

SPD Lieutenant Chris Dahmke says most of the crime was alcohol-related, but there's no surprise there.

But there's more, as Lt. Dahmke explains.

Lt. Dahmke says it's just a period of time that local authorities just gear up for, but compared to years past, there weren't many serious incidents.
