April is a busy month at the Sheridan County Fulmer Public Library. Library Director Cameron Duff says there will be a variety of free programs available to members of the public.
But one of the larger events will be National Library Week, which is celebrated from April 14th through the 20th at libraries across the country. Duff explains.
He says at the beginning of the book discussion at 7 p.m. on April 16th, the Friends of the Library will be presenting its annual check to the library and its board of trustees. Duff says the check will be in the amount of $55,000 - money raised from the Friends of the Library auction last November. Duff says in 2012, the group raised $45,000.
