Business Association Approaches Ranchester Town Council About Unique Proposal

The Tongue River Valley Business Association approached the Ranchester Town Council Tuesday night and proposed becoming a more integral part of the Town's future. The idea that was brought forth would include creating a set of by-laws for the business association and policy that would define their advisory role in the municipality. Ranchester Mayor Cliff Clevenger says the proposal from the business association is uncharted waters.

Clevenger stated that while the Council was in favor of the idea, there's still some work that needs to be done before moving forward with what's being proposed.

Clevenger said that the economic steering committee for the Tongue River Valley Business Association will be meeting early this month, and that he expects more discussion on the issue at the next council meeting, or the one thereafter.

Sounds a lot like forward

Sounds a lot like forward sheridan.Question is what's this Business Association going to cost?Forward Sheridan milks the taxpayer at a minimum for $130k a year. And of course has done nothing for sheridan.
