In late January officials with the various transportation services provided in Sheridan met to discuss the need for an additional means of public transportation. It was determined that a public survey would be needed to receive some feedback from the community regarding the idea.
The results of that survey will be discussed this Friday in an open meeting says Workforce Services Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Juan Duran.
Duran encourages anyone from the public with interest on the matter to attend the meeting.
The Bus Initiative meeting will be at noon this Friday at the Sheridan Workforce Center on Gould Street.
