St. Luke's Lutheran Church Bell Choir performs at Sunday's Vesper Program in Buffalo.

The annual Vespers Program was held Sunday evening at Buffalo High School, with a number of local groups and individuals volunteering their time and talents to celebrate the Christmas Holiday and to raise money for local music scholarships.

Performances were enjoyed from the Cross Chords Quartet...
The Buffalo High School Treble Choir...
And the Bell Choir from St. Luke's Lutheran Church, as well as from many, many others.

Money taken from voluntary offerings during the program goes to fund music scholarships for local music students for summer music camps, instrument upgrades, special music lessons, stands or cases.

The Buffalo Music Study Club is in charge of the program and the scholarships. They were organized in 1931 and have been in continuous existence since then.

New members and guests are always welcome, and those interested can contact President Donna Strickland at 684-5640 for more information.
