The Citywide Garage Sale took place Saturday, and according to those that participated, it seems to have been a success.
More than 25 different sales were advertised, and many others cropped up to take advantage of the shoppers in town in search of bargain treasures.
Bob Fox and Lynette Young put on one sale, saying they were busy even before they were actually ready to open.
The Citywide Garage Sale happens every June in Buffalo, organized by the Buffalo Bulletin.
