Both the City of Buffalo and Johnson County Commissioners will have their second meetings of January on Tuesday and both look to have fairly full Agendas.
Johnson County's Commissioners will discuss final payments and release of retainage on the judicial center complex to Groathouse Construction.
They will receive an update from the Fair Board on the buildings at the fairgrounds.
And they will discuss cost sharing on last summer's Gilead Fire with the representatives of the BigHorn National Forest.
Finally they will discuss the county's proposed fuel depot with Road and Bridge Supervisor Scott Pehringer and Brent Bennett with Nelson Engineering.
The county commissioner's meeting begins at 9am this morning upstairs in the historic courthouse.
The Buffalo City Council will review their annual audit report with Dooley and Jelly, CPAs.
The council will discuss assisting CASA in finding a new home for their Buffalo offices.
And finally the council will have the first reading of Ordinance No. 1360, which will raise sewer rates in the city if passed on three readings.
That meeting begins at 5pm in City Hall.
