City Planner Zach Montgomery attended the Wyoming Business Council (WBC) board meeting in Pinedale last week to give presentations to try to secure funding approval for two projects in the city.
Montgomery tells us what happened at the board meeting.
The grant for Crazy Woman Square is a $250,000 grant with a $125,000 local match, while the grant for the Clear Creek School Study is for $15,000 with a $5,000 match.
Montgomery said the WBC's recommendations will now go to the State Lands and Investments Board, or SLIB for final approval at their next meeting in June.
If approved, he said contracts would be entered into and the projects could then be started.
