Buffalo Council Tackles Liquor License Issues

Two separate retail liquor licenses were discussed and the requests to the city approved by the city council at their last meeting.

The first was a retail liquor license approval for American Outback Productions, LLC d/b/a Up In Smoke, which was approved with no public comment or comment from the council.

The second was a transfer of location of a retail liquor license for Marin Management, Inc. from the old Crossroads Inn to 412 N. Main St., the offices of Goddard, Wages, and Vogel, Attorneys at Law.

Attorney Greg Goddard, representing Marin Management, explained why they were requesting the transfer.

Goddard said the Wyoming Liquor Commission told Marin Management they needed a separate address in which to house the non-operational liquor license and can house it there for up to two years while they contemplate opening another establishment or selling the license outright.

The council approved both liquor license requests.
