Buffalo Council OKs Proposal For Design Of Pipeline

The Buffalo City Council, at their last meeting, accepted the proposal from Nelson Engineering of Buffalo for the design work on the South Water Line Replacement Project.

City Works Director Les Hook said the city received five proposals on the project and Nelson's proposal came in the lowest at $39,340.

He explained more about the proposals and the project.

Hook asked for the council to approve the proposal so work can begin on the project as soon as the Governor signs the Omnibus Water Bill to allocate money for the various projects around the state.

The council voted to approve the proposal from Nelson Engineering.
