Buffalo Council To Have Third Reading On Alley Vacation

Buffalo's City Council will have their final meeting for August on Tuesday and will work through a light Agenda.

The city will have the third and final reading on Ordinance No. 1358, which will partially vacate an alley in the Hamilton Addition to the city.

There will be a variance request for a water connection from outside the city limits.

Dooley and Jelley will submit a proposal to provide Accounting Services to the city.

And an executive session will be called concerning pending litigation.

In addition, the city's Department Heads will give their usual reports.

The meeting will be Tuesday afternoon beginning at 5pm in City Hall.
