The Buffalo City Council and Johnson County Commissioners will both have their first meetings of March on Tuesday, where they will work through short agendas.
The county will get presentations on employee health care from two different providers.

Also on the agenda are tax corrections, a discussion on an Airport Road vacation, and the introduction of the county's new Planner/GIS Specialist.
The YMCA roof will be a main topic at the city council meeting, where the council will discuss their options for replacing the roof.

The council will also discuss a liquor license approval for a microbrewery, after a public hearing on the matter. Todd Morrison will be sworn in as a new patrol officer, and the council will hold an executive session to discuss property acquisition.
The County Commissioner's meeting begins at 9am at the courthouse and the City Council meeting will begin at 5pm at City hall.
