The Buffalo City Council has approved Resolution No. 1329, creating a Resubdivison of the Bighorn Business Center Addition. This will allow the creation of two new lots to accommodate two new business ventures that will be built on the sites, as well as clean up the plat for the entire property for future development.
City Planner Zach Montgomery explained to the council why the Resolution was needed.
The lots are in the vacant land north of Subway, McDonalds and other businesses along the north side of East Hart Street in Buffalo.
Utilities, easements, and rights-of-way are in place already, and Montgomery told the council WyDOT has also approved street access on Hart Street for access to the property.
Montgomery, in a follow-up interview, explained what businesses are looking to build on the site.
