Buffalo Council Approves Project Agreements For Pipelines

The Buffalo City Council, at their last meeting, approved and accepted two Project Agreements for two separate pipeline projects.

The first was an amendment to an already existing agreement on the NW Water Pipeline project, containing the Mortgage Amendment and the renewal of the Promissory note.

Mayor Randy Dyess explained the amendment at the meeting.

The second agreement was for the replacement of the asbestos water line on the south end of town, and the Mayor explained more about that project.

The council voted unanimously to accept and have the Mayor sign the agreement paperwork for both projects.
