Buffalo council approves county Re-Subdivision

Buffalo's City Council, at their Tuesday meeting, approved Resolution No. 1368, authorizing the Robinson Acres Re-subdivision to allow the separate sale and ownership of the two lots.

The Resolution approves the re-subdivision of the West ½ of Tract 4 and all of Tract 5 into Lots A and B.

The property lies in the county, near the airport but falls within the extraterritorial zone within one mile of the city limits, which requires approval of both the city and county.

Both the city Planning and Zoning Board and the county planner gave their approval to the re-subdivision.

Brent Bennett, with Nelson Engineering, is in charge of the project, and brought it before the city council, who voted to allow the change.

The re-subdivision will now have to be presented to the county commissioners for their approval.
