At their last meeting, Buffalo's City Council approved contracts for WWC Engineering to produce the necessary documents and move into the design of the infrastructure project.
City Attorney Ben Kirven recommended the council approve the contracts after reviewing them, saying there were two seperate contracts.
One contract is consistent with USDA requirements, while the other contract does not have the same Federal requirements and guidelines tied to Federal funding, and that contract was drawn seperately, he said.
City Planner Zach Montgomery explained further.
The council voted to approve the two contracts.
