The Buffalo City Council will have their second and final meeting for August on Tuesday, and Resolutions backing grant applications for the proposed sports complex and the upgrade to infrastructure in the SW quadrant of the city will be discussed, as well as a Resolution for a lot split.
Also on the agenda, concerns and issues with the Buffalo Ridge Subdivision will be addressed. The council will discuss the new design for Crazy Woman Square, discuss a lease agreement with the Senior Center and the mayor will make an appointment to the Lodging Tax Board.
A memorandum of Understanding between the city and BLM regarding a prescribed burn in Mosier Gulch will be presented, and Ordinance No. 1349 will have its first reading regarding a franchise agreement with ACT Internet Services, Inc.
Finally the council will have a public hearing and then discuss a possible sale of a city fire truck to Johnson County. The meeting will begin at 5pm in Buffalo's City Hall.
