Buffalo's City Council, at their last meeting, approved a request from City Planner Zach Montgomery to release some retain-age funds to the contractor on the Crazy Woman Square Project.

Montgomery said Fletcher Construction has completed all work except for stucco work on the Margo's Pottery Building to prep it for the second mural that will be painted on that building this summer.
He requested some retain-age be paid to them and the balance kept until the stucco work is completed this spring.

He explains further.

The balance of the account will be $28,000.

The council approved the payment to Fletcher Construction.
