Buffalo City Attorney Updates Council on Projects

At their meeting June 5th, the Buffalo City Council received reports from City Attorney Ben Kirven on a number of projects he is working on.

Kirven said the contract documents for the proposed pipeline project for North Buffalo have been sent to the Wyoming Water Development Commission for their perusal and will then be sent back to the city after the WWDC's approval of the contracts.

Some changes to the water transmission line contracts were necessary and he explains the reason for the changes.

Kirven said he is still working on the easement off of East Hart Street near the Subway to acquire a triangular section of land for the street to access the proposed O'Reilly Auto Parts Store and undeveloped land north of the Hart Street businesses.
