The Buffalo Chamber of Commerce luncheon for August was held at the Bozeman Trail Steakhouse and featured Sheridan College in Johnson County sharing their current happenings and upcoming events.
Fall registration is going on now with classes scheduled to begin August 27th.
Also discussed was the college's concurrent enrollment program, where local high school students can graduate high school with an associate degree.

Also discussed was the upcoming 5th Annual Rope For Knowledge event, happening August 17th at the Johnson County Fairgrounds.
The Rope For Knowledge is a fundraiser that enables the college to award scholarships to Johnson County students.
Events for this year's Scholarship Roping are: barrel racing, breakaway roping, parent/child team roping. Amateur team roping and dummy roping.
You must pre-enter by Friday, August 16th at noon to participate.
The Rope For Knowledge event has raised more than $16,000 awarded to 19 students from Johnson County.
