Upgrading the booster stations within the SAWS system will continue as the SAWS Joint Powers Board approved a contract with DOWL-HKM to design the upgrades to 8 booster stations that will be replaced this year. SAWS Administrator Rod Liesinger.
The estimated cost of the project is $400,000. The Joint Powers Board will fund $70,000 of the project, with the remaining funds coming from the state through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund.
