The City of Sheridan Board of Adjustments voted 4-1 in favor of a special exemption request from Rob and Beverly Bernard to operate a bed and breakfast in an R-1 Residential District at 450 South Thurmond Street in Sheridan. Board member Moses Jacobs was the lone vote against the special exemption request.
Board Chair Nancy Drummond says there is one more piece of official business that needs to be done.
The Board of Adjustments will present the findings of fact and conclusions of law at a meeting Thursday, May 10th at 5:30 pm at Sheridan City Hall.
