More than 150 bikers and riders participated in the Food Group's poker run Sunday.

The Iron Brotherhood, a local motorcycle club, coordinated the event to raise funds to feed kids who don't have enough food at home. During the school year, the Food Group sends food home to tie kids over for the weekend. During the summer, the group will host weekday lunches. Amy Albrecht, a coordinator with the Food Group, said activities will be offered on some days well.

The $1800 raised during the poker run will be used to purchase food throughout the summer. For more information about the Food Group or to get involved, call Amy at 674-6446, ext. 4203.
