Game officials have given big game hunters an extra couple of days this season to apply for a license, but there’s still only a couple of weeks left.
Bud Stewart of the Sheridan office of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department says the May 31 deadline for deer, elk and antelope licenses has been moved forward to June 2 because the end of May deadline falls on a Saturday.
He also reminds hunters that all applications must be filled out, now, online at the Game and Fish website.
The office is located at 700 Valleyview Road, across from the state transportation department’s rest stop. He said summary maps with the current season details are also available on the Game and Fish website. The link is -- http://wgfd.wyo.gov/web2011/home...
