Expansion of the Sheridan County Public Health building to allow for the Sheridan Health Center to move in is a project that's been in the works for over a year. Tuesday, the Sheridan County Commissioners awarded the bid for the project to O'Dell Construction in the amount of $527,000. Commissioner Tom Ringley.
The project consists of renovating 1,000 square feet of the existing Public Health building and the construction of an additional 900 square feet. $300,000 of the project is being funded through a Community Development Block Grant from the state and is expected to be complete by April of 2013.
