U.S. Senator John Barrasso spoke on the Senate floor Wednesday, where he reiterated his displeasure with President Obama's health care law. Barrasso said that Wyoming residents are concerned about insurance premiums going up.
Barrasso referenced a report that indicated that people in Wyoming who buy health care coverage in the individual market may see their average premiums increase by as much as forty percent. The Senator said that the President's promise to the American people that the health care law would lower premiums by about $2,500 per family was nothing but an empty promise that wasn't fulfilled.
